Substitute musician request

Are you looking for a substitute musician to play at your church or event? Fill out the form below and we will forward your request to all of the substitute musicians on our list. List members will reach out to you directly at the email address you provided if they are available or have further questions.

Requests for long-term subs (3+ months) or interim positions should be submitted via the form on our Jobs page.

Substitute registration

Are you a musician who is available to occasionally fill in for our members? Fill out the substitute registration form to be added to the substitute mailing list.

How it works: you will be added to a moderated mailing list via Google groups, as well as the Google spreadsheet linked on this page. When a prospective employer submits the form on the left, it will be forwarded to the group. You can contact the employer directly if you are interested in working with them.
