Join us at the shop of Gary Blaise (314 12th St., San Francisco) for a harpsichord salon! Spencer (Xiang-Xiang) Reynolds will give a short presentation on several harpsichords and clavichords, including a pedal harpsichord. Dr Tim Zerlang will demonstrate an exquisite, 100% wood house organ, built by Gary Blaise.

The shop is close to the intersection of 12th St. and Folsom. Take BART to the 16th St. Mission station. Follow station exit signs to 16th & Mission NE. We will be arranging groups to walk together from the BART station to the venue (and back again). Refreshments will be provided after the presentations.

Concert organist Nathaniel Gumbs will give a recital at Grace Cathedral, one of the finest organs in San Francisco. Dr. Gumbs serves as Director of Music at The Riverside Church in New York City and maintains a vibrant performing career, appearing at many distinguished venues in the U.S.A. and abroad. This event is jointly sponsored with the Palo Alto/Peninsula AGO chapter.

The Fourth Bore Taproom and Grill (2 Theater Square, Orinda) is an easy, short walk from Orinda BART. Parking is available on the street and in the adjoining parking garage. We’ll have fun socializing and sharing some delicious food and drinks! Indoor and outdoor seating are both plentiful. See you there!
